Leonardo DiCaprio’s former West Village bachelor pad is up for grabs for $8.5 million.
The 3,673-square-foot, fourth-floor unit is in the Delos building, at 66 E. 11th St., which was marketed as the city’s first wellness building.
All units come with vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and filtered water, in-duct aromatherapy, “posture supportive” heat reflexology floors, circadian rhythm lighting, bio-based sound insulation and “herbariums” in the open chefs’ kitchens.
DiCaprio even joined the board of a non-profit, Delos, that promotes well being in real estate. Spiritual guru Deepak Chopra, who also owns in the building, is also on the board.
So is David Shulkin, former Secretary of the US Department of Veterans Affairs, Dick Gephardt and Greg Norman.
DiCaprio’s former unit is in an eight-story terracotta building that dates to 1897 and features just six units.
DiCaprio’s old bachelor pad, on the fourth floor, is 3,673 square feet. It comes with three bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and a hefty $6,118 monthly maintenance fee.
