Top fashion creative director/producer Nian Fish — she has worked with Calvin Klein, Gucci, Versace, Chloé, Ralph Lauren, Chanel, The Row, and Thom Browne — is listing her Greenwich Village home for around $1.69 million.

The charming pre-war home, at 302 W. 12th St., is a light-filled, 900-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit.

The fourth-floor abode opens to a foyer that leads to a sunken living room with a working fireplace and “hand-rubbed walls” by interior designer Gregory Bissonnette.

Details include ebony oak floors, custom built-ins, beamed ceilings and south facing windows.

As an 11-year-old girl in 1961, Fish tells Gimme that she lived in a Lower East Side tenement. Her Chinese-Japanese mom worked in a Chinatown sweatshop, and Fish would “take walks alone to Greenwich Village, as I thought I was a beatnik.”
