Chadwick Boseman’s Los Angeles home where he spent his final days before his untimely death is now up for rent, The Post can report.

The listing comes seven months after the 2021 Oscar nominee tragically passed away following his years-long secret battle with cancer.

Spanning 3,310 square feet, the home first hit the market on Friday, with an asking rent price of $10,000 per month on a one-year lease.

A $20,000 security deposit is expected.

Rent includes a gardener to take care of the greenery surrounding the home, including the lemon and orange trees.

Made up of four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the double-gated estate, located in the Los Feliz neighborhood, comes with a detached guest house and Hollywood Hills views throughout the property.

Boseman was seen practicing martial arts on April 28, 2020 — just months before he passed away — from the same terrace featured on the listing.

It features an expansive front yard opening to a meandering walkway, which leads up to the main house.

Other amenities include a wet bar, an updated kitchen with a large breakfast room, and a grand living room with its old Hollywood glamour fireplace and balcony.

The master suite comes with French doors that open to a private deck, and a separate enclosed sleeping porch and sunroom.

But the home does come unfurnished.

Boseman purchased the property on Nov. 28, 2016, for $1.75 million under a pseudonym.

The late actor, known for his roles in “Black Panther,” “42,” “Marshall” and “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom” was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer in 2016. Boseman died four years later, on Aug. 28, 2020 from cancer complications.

He was 43 years old.

Boseman is survived by his wife, Taylor Simone Ledward, whom he married less than a year before his death.

Ledward has since filed probate documents to be an administrator with limited authority over part of Boseman’s estate, which is estimated at $939,000. On Nov. 19, the judge granted her legal request.

It is suspected that she recently accepted her husband’s Golden Globe for best actor in a drama movie from the home last month.
