Emmy-winning producer Susan Lacy asks $5.3M for CPW townhouse

Emmy award-winning producer Susan Lacy is listing her Central Park West townhouse for $5.39 million.

The 18½-foot-wide townhouse, at 38 W. 95th St., is 4,100 square feet and features six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Lacy is best known for creating the PBS series “American Masters,” profiling people who helped shape American culture.

The townhouse boasts working fireplaces, lots of woodwork, and original mantels and an oak staircase.

It’s currently configured as an four-bedroom, three-bathroom owner’s duplex with a garden, and a market-rate garden duplex.

It also comes with 2,300 square feet of unused space to build, plus a cellar with 8-foot ceiling heights.
