A COUPLE is fuming after flying back from a holiday to find their car gone.
Ellie and Dave Brown paid £96 to a meet and greet parking firm at Heathrow, but after a week, they still haven't had their car returned.
Ellie, 71, and Dave, 72, from Royston, flew to Colorado on 21st December.
Seven days later, they travelled to Phoenix and after the holiday took a flight back to London.

Before the trip, they dropped their Ford Mondeo off with a worker from the White Lines Meet and Greet Airport parking service.
The worker told them that they had to phone when they landed and had their luggage.

But when they arrived at Heathrow airport on 5th January and the parking firm did not answer their calls.
Ellie said: "On our return, we were asked to call when our plane landed, then again when we had our luggage.
"We tried calling several times, but the message service was full. I then sent a text but no response."
The couple was desperate and decided to contact the police.

"Eventually, we spoke to a customer relations employee at British Airways who gave us the number of the local police station, which we then rang. They took the car details," Ellie revealed.
The couple tried to get a train to their home town, but they couldn't due to the train strikes.
Fortunately, a family member went to pick them up at Heathrow airport.
Ellie said: "After a 10-hour flight and both in our seventies, it was not what we wanted!
"We then attempted to call both mobiles that we had, but no response."
Police told them that 34 cars were taken and dumped close to Heathrow airport that day.
"We have contacted the police who tell us that some of the cars have been found but sadly not ours yet.
"We are now going through the insurance route," said Ellie.
According to the Companies House website, White Lines Car Park Heathrow Limited put in an application to be dissolved on 13th December 2022.
